Sachi Japanese Restaurant & Bar is an authentic Japanese restaurant founded in August of 2006. It is located in Wedgewood Plaza at the corner of Indian Street and U.S. Highway 1 in Stuart, Florida. Originally, this place is a sport bar and grill. The owner has been in the Japanese restaurant for a long time. He started with Sushi Yama in Boca Raton years ago and very successful. He just loves what he does, so he decided to convert the sport bar into a high end Japanese restaurant with full liquor bar. One thing to notice when enter Sachi is all the beautiful Tatami rooms on its right hand side. Those are beautifully decorated with traditional Japanese norens, and artworks.
Coming to Sachi, not only customers will enjoy superb traditional sushi, and fresh sashimi with a variety of appetizers that cooked to perfection, but also taste out exotic Thai dishes as they go along with the extensive menu. At Sachi, our philosophy is that not only the food has to taste delicious, but also the decoration has to be outstanding. Customers will be surprised to see how our talented chefs create sushi, and sashimi boat for 1, 2, 4, 5, and many people. Those wooden boats are fully loaded with foods in a colorful way, with different shapes, and arrangements. Often, we cater to private parties, country clubs, and company events.
